Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with partners by providing timely support, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues related to their accounts. You’ll also assist them with product updates and promotional activities.

Monitor partner activity on the platform and leverage data on betting volumes, game engagement, and user behavior to suggest personalized solutions that boost profitability and engagement.

Identify new business opportunities for existing partners, driving additional revenue for the company.

Develop and implement tailored promotional campaigns that increase GGR, retention, and overall partner satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account management strategies. You’ll act as the key point of contact, representing the partner’s interests within the company.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.

The Successful Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming or gambling industry; experience with a casino games provider is a significant plus.

In-depth understanding of the iGaming market and industry trends.

Experience in analyzing data to make informed decisions and suggest improvements to clients. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and the ability to quickly learn new software.

Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Availability to travel for business trips and industry events as needed.

English and fluent Russian. Other languages are a plus.
