We are currently seeking a SAFe Project Manager & Scrum Master – REMOTE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).
SAFe Project Manager & Scrum Master with extensive experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to manage and oversee complex projects within our Agile release Trains. Candidate should have stron background in IT project management coupled with deep knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework( SAFe). This position requires a unique blend of technical project management expertise, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of employee needs. Day to Day Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project management of complex technical initiatives, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.

Agile Champion: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.), foster a collaborative team environment, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, engineers, IT, and business leaders, to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.

Employee-Centric Focus: Understand and advocate for employee needs, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable project requirements.

Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in common workplace productivity tools and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and track key performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing IT projects

2+ years of experience in Scaled Agile framework ( SAFe) environment.

5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment, with the following expertise:

Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery.

Experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics.

Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Self-Starter: Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology.

Nice to Have:

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications.

SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe practitioner certification

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $77,760 – $180,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
