Responsibilities :

Develop the strategic partnership with key account customer and create business opportunities

Plan and execute the account strategy to drive revenue and market share grow in customer account

Coordinate the internal teams and resources to provide solutions to solve customer problems, fulfill the demands and address the business needs

Drive the strategic sales process, working in conjunction with partners, internal support teams and customers

Build up strong relationship with each organization level inside customer to help business development

Create business and commercial proposal to fulfill customer needs and win competitions

Meet company business goal and increase market share selling

Well coordination with internal support teams and resources

Creative thinking and great problem solving skill

Requirements :

BS/MS in EE is preferred or Engineering related

At least five to eight years working experience in semiconductor test engineering or equipment sales experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Capability in leadership and team work is a must

Good command in English
