Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will work closely with leadership to implement marketing and sales strategies that generate leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing and will play a key role in executing outreach campaigns, tracking engagement, and refining our messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
Create and manage social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram) to engage target audiences and generate leads.
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
Assist in email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar tools) to nurture leads and follow up with prospects.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on analytics, ensuring they meet engagement and conversion goals.
Assist with content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and email templates.
Research and identify new lead sources and contact lists for outreach campaigns.
Sales Support & Appointment Setting
Manage outreach automation tools for LinkedIn and email campaigns.
Work with lead generation firms (if hired) to ensure qualified appointments are set for the sales team.
Qualify inbound leads and respond to initial inquiries from potential clients.
Track and manage leads in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).
Prepare materials for discovery meetings, ensuring the sales team has relevant information on prospects.
Administrative & Reporting
Track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and report results to leadership.
Assist in managing sales and marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Research competitor marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales support.
Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and engagement.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to analyze marketing data and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance industries is a plus but not required.

Language
Good English communication skills written and spoken.
