Job Title: Sales Associate Sales Associate answers all phone calls, provides phone quotes to prospective clients, convert leads to sales, establish cleaning schedules and delivers exceptional customer service to our customers, and team members.
Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Provide phone quotes and respond to quote requests from our website and other sources.
Follow up on and nurture quotes/leads.
Maintain or improve prospect conversion.
Convert leads into customers.
Enter all quotes and bookings into CRM.
Communicate with leads through various forms of communication such as email, social platforms, SMS, etc.
Create content to promote our services.
Document customer interactions in CRM.
Scheduling Responsibilities:
Find and schedule new bookings.
Book new cleaning appointments and recurring cleaning schedules.
Optimize technicians’ schedules by strategically routing their travel.
Handle customer calls, SMS, emails, and rescheduling requests.
Reschedule jobs for absent employees, holidays, or staff changes on the same day.
Communicate schedule changes to customers.
Update CRM with customer preferences, fee changes, day changes, booking notes, etc.
Create weekly technician schedules on time.
Notify customers when technicians will be late.
Assist the field team with property access or other issues.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Answer all customer service calls and respond to customer needs.
Call new customers after their first cleaning and at the 30 and 60-day marks.
Relay complaints to the General Manager.
Follow up on complaints.
Direct calls to appropriate staff and take messages.
Involve the General Manager when a customer cannot be satisfied, or severe issues arise.
Process bookings and complete charges.
Manage customer files and documents.
Assist in office/field general duties and tasks when needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Language Skills: Excellent English and Spanish, written and spoken, with no accent for clear understanding.
High Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, maintain organized records, and keep track of appointments and deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Customer Service Skills: A friendly and customer-focused demeanor for dealing with clients both in person and over the phone.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn any specific software or systems used.
Attention to Detail: Precise data entry, accurate record-keeping, and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
Time Management: Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues or challenges that may arise in day-to-day operations.
Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other employees and departments to achieve common goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility in handling changing workloads or unexpected situations.
Basic Accounting Skills: Understanding of basic financial principles, such as invoicing, and handling payments.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information such as customer details and financial records with discretion and confidentiality.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.

Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style when representing the company to customers and partners.

Qualifications
Proven experience or background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including active listening abilities.
Proactive problem-solving approach with meticulous attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and motivated, fostering positive energy and excitement in the workplace.
