Sales Cold Caller & Lead Scraper (Remote – BPO Company)
We are hiring a Sales Cold Caller & Lead Scraper to work with one of our clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can generate leads, cold-call potential customers, and set up appointments or close deals. If you are confident, persuasive, and experienced in both cold calling and lead generation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce the client’s services
Identify and scrape high-quality leads from various sources (LinkedIn, directories, databases, etc.)
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
Follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, and messages to nurture them
Handle objections and customize the pitch to different prospects
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, lead scraping, and sales prospecting
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience with lead generation tools, databases, and scraping techniques
Ability to work with CRM and sales tracking software
Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
