Key responsibilities

Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for customers in-store, highlighting features, benefits, and usage.

Customer Assistance: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide expert advice, and address any concerns to enhance their shopping experience.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Promote product upsells and cross-sells based on customer needs.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate new sales leads through customer interactions, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Product Introduction: Introduce new products to clients, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and innovations in our product range.

Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on generated leads to nurture potential customers, address their questions, and convert leads into sales.

Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to grow sales through targeted customer engagement and personalized recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and proactive communication.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services to relay insights to management and contribute to product improvement.

Merchandising: Ensure products are well-presented, well-displayed and organized on the sales floor. Assist in setting up promotional displays and events.

Training: Provide guidance and training to new sales staff on product demonstrations and effective sales techniques.

Work hours and remote work options:

Any employee posted in a branch or showroom will be required to work on a shift/rotation basis, either on Sundays for half a day or on Thursdays for half a day, every alternate week or as arranged between the employee and their Manager. Our showroom has two sets of opening hours:

08:30 am – 17:30 pm

09:00 am – 18:00 pm

(For Mall)
For the mall, it will depend on the shift system, which follows the mall’s schedule, with shifts potentially extending up to 10:00 PM.
