Why does this role exist?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving the company’s business growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a passion for connecting with customers and leads through phone calls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Impact you’ll make

Lead Generation and Outreach:

Conduct high-volume cold calling (300+ leads per day) to identify and qualify potential customers.

Calls to warm leads to get feedback on pricing previously sent to the lead

CRM Management:

Accurately update and maintain customer information and interactions in the CRM system (Zoho).

Track and document all outreach activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Quoting and Follow-Up:

Follow up on sent quotes to address any questions, provide additional information, and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets for calls and lead qualification.

Achieve individual and team goals for lead conversion and sales pipeline growth.

Required Experience

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in B2B.

A passion for calling customers.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas

WFH Set-Up:

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up.

At least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet

Probationary period:

Exceptional attendance is crucial; failure will lead to removal from the position.
