Job Summary:
In the Sales Development Representative role, the right candidate is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and booking appointments for the Business Development Representative to conduct with a Sales Engineer to close IT services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, lead generation/setting appointments via phone, email, LinkedIn – actively working a list.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods to include calling, emailing, social media, to identify new business opportunities, build relationships and help drive growth.
Aggressively identify qualified opportunities and book appointments
Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
Generate business and meet quota with prospecting activity and sales goals
Maintain records of key business intelligence with key influencers and decision makers
Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls to actual booked meetings with a proven record in lead generation and finding new sales prospects
Must be driven to build a book of business and leverage all methods of generating leads
Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Internet required
Familiar with IT Services/Professional Services a plus
Work Experience: Recent Sales Development experience with a proven track record of 2 years or more.
Exceptional people skills – personable
Written/Spoken English: Good, native preferred. – Excellent / Native or near native English
Disciplined to follow up and work on cadences
Doesn’t discourage easily, self-starter, motivated for growth
Qualifications
Education: Highschool diploma; some higher education preferred. Formal and/or technology support/training and certifications are strongly preferred.

Position is: Remote Nearshore
Weekly Hours: 44 hours
Pay Monthly: $1,100-$1,300 US monthly
