Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Sycamore Materials, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting Lead Generation Identify potential customers through research and outreach across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Initial Outreach Establish contact with prospects, present Sycamores services, and communicate the value of our aggregate delivery solutions.
Lead Qualification Engage prospects to assess their needs and qualify them based on their potential fit with Sycamores services.
Appointment Setting Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
CRM Management Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, prospects, and lead status in our CRM system.
What You Bring
English Proficiency C1 or C2 Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Remote Work Discipline Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.
Sales Acumen A passion for sales, persistence, and the ability to handle objections.
CustomerCentric Mindset Ability to understand customer pain points and build relationships.
Experience Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not requiredtraining will be provided for the right candidate
