A successful Business Development Executives should have a strong sales background with a history of achieving sales goals consistently. The ideal candidate will be organized and passionate about client relations, and focused on helping our clients solve problems.
This role may also require conducting their own first touch outbound efforts as well, and will have the support of a technical team at MSW that has many collective decades of experience in the industry and will have access to experts for both personal development and sales conversations with clients.
Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance through achieving individual sales goals.

Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients.

Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy

Respond to customer questions and provide solutions to their problems.

Develop proposals to customers for service and large scale supply agreements in coordination with the MSW management team.

Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility

Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)

Requirements:

Graduate of any business-related courses or equivalent preferred.

Strong record of sales performance in B2B environment. Construction is a big plus.

Experience in US company/ account

Extensive working experience in similar roles in a highly competitive sales environment.

Excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.

Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Highly analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and highly results-oriented.

Working knowledge of computer applications –PowerPoint/excel/word.

Familiarity in Zoho CRM Applications, Magento 2, and Call Tracking Metrics tools is a plus.

MUST BE AMENABLE TO BE TRACKED USING TIME DOCTOR

Work Schedule and Benefits:

Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1-hr break
