Roles & Responsibilities:

Formulate the Philippines GTM strategy with a specific focus on country and customer segments, recognizing market and technology trends.

Drive lead generation and qualified pipeline development by leveraging personal and corporate networks, referrals, external sales partners, and marketing initiatives. Manage the opportunity engagement process, including qualification, demos, PoCs, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Develop and nurture client relationships to drive long-term benefits, including client references and market credibility.

Ensure tight coordination with product and engineering teams to propose solutions that address customer pain points, ensuring product fit and integration with customers’ legacy systems.

Propose solutions with the appropriate pricing and commercial terms to maximize monetization while delivering a strong value proposition to the customer.

Negotiate final customer contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate governance requirements and maintaining a fair, relationship-focused contract.

Ensure a smooth handover of the opportunity and customer relationship to the product and engineering teams for successful delivery and long-term success.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with a Fintech background. Candidates with a tech and/or business background are preferred. Financial services industry exposure is required.

In-depth understanding of B2B sales in the Philippines with proven experience in customer-facing roles (sales or business development) within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Proven track record of delivering results in sales within SaaS/software product environments.

Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders.

Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.

Team player with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations.

Ability to work independently.
