They specialize in building and managing SDR programs that consistently drive qualified meetings and pipeline growth for their clients. As they scale, they are seeking experienced Sales Managers to lead and coach SDR teams to peak performance.
The Role
We are hiring Sales Managers to lead teams of approximately 20 SDRs serving multiple MSP clients. This role is both client-facing and team-facing: you’ll be directly responsible for coaching SDRs, running effective meetings, and ensuring consistent results.
This is a remote, full-time role requiring overlap with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of ~20 SDRs across multiple client accounts.
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly call reviews, and team training.
Run 4 effective sales meetings and 8 huddles per month to align and motivate the team.
Review at least one call per SDR each week and provide actionable feedback.
Ensure each SDR sets a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per month.
Monitor SDR data accuracy and enforce timely updates to reporting dashboards.
Respond to SDR requests and manager tickets within 24 hours.
Partner with clients to understand sales needs and align SDR strategy accordingly.
Participate in client-facing calls and presentations to report on performance.
Success Outcomes
All SDRs meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.
100% SDR reporting accuracy in roll-up reports.
Clear, timely, and constructive coaching for every SDR weekly.
Measurable team performance improvements based on coaching and training.
High client satisfaction with SDR output and program management.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably leading outbound SDR teams.
Proven ability to manage large, distributed SDR teams to consistent performance.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (client-facing experience required).
Demonstrated ability to use metrics and reporting to diagnose performance gaps and drive improvement.
Experience running engaging team meetings, coaching sessions, and structured training.
Ability to work remotely, manage multiple client accounts, and collaborate asynchronously.
Reliable internet, a professional setup, and the ability to overlap with US working hours.
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or similar industries.
Familiarity with common SDR tech stacks (dialers, CRMs, reporting tools, etc.).
