A Day in the Life
The Aible Clinic Consulting team is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Program Manager to lead the execution of our Aible contracting strategy, including the innovative UNiD platform and other related software and data-driven technologies and services. This role is critical in driving alignment across cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of contracting initiatives that support product launches and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex programs, build collaborative partnerships, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead end-to-end execution of the Aible contracting strategy, supporting product launches and driving adoption.
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Foster accountability and cross-functional alignment among sales, marketing, legal, contracting, and business teams.
Optimize internal workflows to ensure timely and seamless program execution.
Create and maintain customer-facing communication and internal playbooks to clearly articulate the Aible ecosystem and its value.
Represent the organization in customer discussions, providing expert-level support on product functionality, data usage, and contractual topics.
Travel: 10%
Location: Lafayette, CO (Preferred) or Remote within USA.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
Nice to Have
Demonstrated success in Program or Project Management.
5+ years’ experience in medical device software or services.
Proven ability to lead or support software contract negotiations, with knowledge of data management and usage in healthcare environments.
Familiarity with regulatory and security standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and others.
Experience communicating data governance and interoperability concepts to stakeholders.
Understanding of healthcare IT systems and their integration challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective partnerships across teams.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to guide strategy and improve program performance.
Experience working at Medtronic, preferably within the Cranial & Spine Technologies business.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Smartsheet.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 – $154,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
