Sales Orders & Bids (Order to Cash Team)-Remote
Client: Halliburton, Texas USA
Required: Working in an Oil & Gas Company
Work Schedule: US day Shift
Preferred: Project or Field Engineer
Responsibilities
Will be involved in creating the proposals / quotations based on the request received from the Business Development / Account Representatives
Ensure that the quotations are prepared accurately, to avoid any downstream impact
Timely closure of requests received through sales force tool.
The individual will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance and add value to the process
Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs
Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred
Understanding of quotes, bid, proposal and order processing a must
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Must be persistent to get the work done correctly and timely
Strong critical thinking and problem solving acumen
Proficient in SAP, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word in preparation of quotes and bids
Salary: between 50-150k depending on experience
