Job Title: Sales Representative (Japanese-Speaking)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with fluency in Japanese and English to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and supporting our expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Japanese-speaking clients.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct business negotiations and communications fluently in Japanese and English.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to leadership.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
