Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new customers.
Determine and coordinate the necessary human resources (sales/technical staff), from recruitment to training and deployment, to support business growth.
Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity in the magnetic equipment space.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote solutions and strengthen market presence.
Provide regular market insights to internal teams to support product development and localization efforts.
Coordinate closely with the Headquarters to align strategies, streamline operations, and achieve local objectives.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the long-term growth of the business in the region
Requirement
Male/Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally in electrical machinery or industrial equipment.
Solid knowledge of industrial processes in sectors such as consumer electronics, automotive, and manufacturing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
