As Whizz continues to grow, we are expanding our Remote Sales & Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales & customer support, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads;

Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries;

Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction;

Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients.

Requirements

Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish, level C1-C2, you will be communicating with native speakers on a daily basis;

1 + years of experience in sales or support role;

High-speed internet connection;

Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am – 6 pm New York Time);

Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
