JOB OVERVIEW
We are a fast-growing marketing agency helping event halls and venues book more in-person tours and secure more event bookings. To continue scaling, we are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Representative who wants to earn big while making a real impact.
This is a commission-based role with warm inbound leads provided, meaning no cold calling or outbound prospecting. Every call you take will be with prospects who have shown interest and want to speak with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Conduct sales calls with inbound leads to qualify and close deals.
-Set clear expectations and ensure clients understand the value of our services.
-Follow a proven, structured script while also adapting to client needs.
-Maintain detailed records of sales calls, objections, and outcomes.
-Attend weekly sales meetings to improve performance and stay aligned with the team.

-Positive, confident, and authentic – you build trust quickly and don’t come across as pushy.
-Experienced in sales – ideally in high-ticket services, consulting, or B2B sales.
-Methodical and consistent – you follow a sales process and execute with precision.
-Coachable and growth-oriented – willing to take feedback and improve continuously.
-High integrity – you’re honest and prioritize long-term relationships over short-term wins.
-Looking for a long-term role – this is NOT for those just filling time between gigs.
-Reliable tech setup – strong phone and internet connection required.
