Part-Time Sales & Lead Generation Specialist Work from Home (U.S. Company)
We’re GuildSteam, a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 1 years of experience in cold outreach, email marketing, telemarketing, and CRM tools, wed love to hear from you.
This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
Working Hours (Remote, Fixed Schedule):
6:30 PM 10:30 PM South Africa Standard Time (SAST)
(Matching 10:30 AM 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, USA)
Starting Pay:
ZAR 1,650 per week
Part time – 20 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:
Prospecting leads and building outbound lists
Cold emailing and follow-up campaigns
Outbound phone calls (B2B focus)
CRM and pipeline management
Helping build and execute sales funnels
Requirements:
1+ years experience in lead generation and sales
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Experience preferred with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Manatal) * Experience preferred with Lead Generation systems (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
