What You’ll Do
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll handle sales execution tasks and assist with outbound efforts that keep our sales pipeline healthy:
Support the Sales Lead by processing inbound sales inquiries quickly and accurately
Send follow-up texts, emails, and calls to prospects using provided scripts
Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) and Google Sheets updated with every action and result
Send policies for all new bookings and confirm receipt
Cover sales calls on two designated days when the Sales Lead is off, during his breaks, and as needed
Execute cold calling and outbound sales campaigns when directed
Assist with outbound recruiting tasks when sales volume is low or recruiting support is needed
Escalate unusual or complex customer cases to the Sales Lead immediately

Comfort with remote tools: Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs
Ability to follow structured processes and ask questions when unclear
High visibility: post updates regularly, no disappearing during shifts
