Sales Training Partner

Are you an experienced sales trainer with a passion for developing others? Do you have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry? Do you want to work in Algeria and help improve the lives of patients? Then you might be the Senior Sales Trainer we are looking for!
The position
The position involves taking charge of people development activities, which includes coaching, training, and on-field development. The role also requires driving talent development activities for the sales team and field key positions. Main responsibilities include:

Develop and coach sales representatives and field sales managers to improve their selling skills and remote detailing skills.

Lead the sales champions network and identify the sales talent pool to work on their readiness.

Design and plan leadership development programs for field people managers and coordinate training activities at cycle meetings.

Act as a business partner for the diabetes Business Unit and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to meet sales force needs and achieve common goals.

Help identify evaluation practices and tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives and support frontline teams and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Ability to travel up to 15%.

Fluent in written & spoken English & French, and native language proficiency in Arabic.

Strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills.
