Job Description
We are actively in search of a skilled SAP Integration Developer with specialized proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Business Technology Platform (BTP), along with extensive experience in integrating with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of seamless integrations to facilitate the smooth flow of payroll-related data across diverse systems.
Responsibilities: Integration Design and Development:
Architect, develop, and execute end-to-end integration solutions, with a specific focus on payroll data, utilizing SAP CPI, BTP, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather payroll integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI):
Design and construct integration flows within SAP CPI to ensure the seamless exchange of payroll data.
Optimize and fine-tune CPI integration scenarios to meet performance and reliability standards.
Business Technology Platform (BTP):
Harness BTP services to enhance integration capabilities, ensuring secure and efficient communication between SAP and other systems.
Employ BTP tools for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting integration processes, with a specific focus on payroll data.
SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll:
Demonstrate a profound understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and its integration points.
Design, implement, and sustain integrations to synchronize payroll-related data between SuccessFactors Employee Central and other pertinent systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and IT teams to comprehend payroll processing requirements and ensure integration solutions align with business objectives.
Communicate technical concepts and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation:
Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation for all facets of payroll integration solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as an SAP Integration Developer with a concentration on CPI, BTP, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Proficient programming skills in languages like Java, Groovy, or equivalent.
Certification in SAP Cloud Platform Integration is advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and its integration capabilities.
Familiarity with payroll-related data models, taxonomies, and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Coordinating with the data conversion team and integration team for EC-related configuration field mappings. Communicating with Business SMEs and testers in case of any changes in requirements.
