Position Overview:
As an SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful SAP MM project execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement, inventory, and materials management processes.
Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Module Implementation:

Design, configure, and implement SAP MM solutions to meet the business needs of clients.

Manage the full lifecycle of SAP MM projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Materials Management and Procurement Processes:

Analyze and optimize processes related to procurement, materials management, inventory control, and supply chain.

Configure core SAP MM functionalities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, and invoice verification.

Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with other SAP module teams (SD, PP, FI, CO) to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other business processes.

Work closely with technical teams (ABAP) to develop custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports as required.

Customization and Enhancements:

Identify opportunities for system enhancements to address unique business challenges.

Develop and review functional specifications for custom reports, workflows, and interfaces to improve the efficiency of SAP MM processes.

End-User Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support for SAP MM issues, including troubleshooting and resolving functional problems.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively use SAP MM functionalities.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and functional specifications for system customizations.

Qualifications::

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation.

Strong understanding of materials management, procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

Expertise in configuring SAP MM functionalities such as purchase orders, purchase requisitions, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master.

Experience integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules like SD, PP, FI, and CO.

Ability to work with SAP MM master data (vendor master, material master, etc.) and manage system enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 is a plus.
