What you’ll do
Lead the scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Helping the product owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction
Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress
Facilitate story / epic level backlog refinement and prioritization, and provide monitoring and status tracking support for cross-team initiatives
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Remove impediments and coach the scrum teams on removing impediments
Help the scrum teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Must have
Prior experience on a scrum teams
Prior experience managing work and dependencies across multiple departments
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, ability to collaborate, plan, execute and follow up on meetings at the team level
Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Good level of spoken and written English
