Our plans include growth in clients and sales, for which we need a specialist who, among a multitude of leads, will identify potential clients, “turn” them towards us, and bring them to a meeting with our Sales Executive.

To assist our SDR (Sales Development Representative), we have an organized CRM, responsive marketing colleagues, and accumulated experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct dialogues (on LinkedIn, messengers, and email) with future clients from the first touch to scheduling a meeting with a potential client and carefully handing over contacts to the Sales Executive.
Persistently and gently follow-up leads, building trust.
Test various hypotheses in writing letters and messages.
Work with marketing to analyze and develop communication strategies for ABM companies, prioritize leads, and work individually with the most relevant ones.
Participate in the development of the current sales material bank and in forming lead generation news hooks together with the marketing team.
Responsibly and systematically report on client interactions.
Keep up with trends, monitor the market, competitors, and train alertness for quick response to market changes. Adapt the sales process and your work to new conditions.
Our wishes for you:
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in creating cold chains that can make even the coldest leads think.
English language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
Systematic and organized person.
Desire to develop professionally and work in a cool sales & marketing team.
