Seasonal Customer Support Agent – Early Shift – Remote (Republic of Ireland)

We need some amazing, creative people to join our Zazzle family on the Early Shift Team! The shift time is Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week 7:00 AM – 3.30 PM. This is a seasonal role with a fixed term contract from October 2nd until December 30th 2023.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with our customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Zazzle experience

Methods include only e-mails !

Help customers in a professional and timely manner including but not limited to:

Process return orders

Cancellations

Replacements

Promotional offers

Order updates

Design help

Website navigation

Potential training for our Image Correction Tool to fix designs that contain quality issues

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

The applicant must be a resident of Republic of Ireland

Excellent IT and typing skills

Proven success of managing difficult customer situations

Team oriented and works well with others

Quick learner and able to apply techniques in a fast-paced, high pressure and demanding environment

Strong attention to detail, can multi-task and is organised
