eBay에서 해외로 판매활동을 하고 있는 셀러를 지원하는 전문가로서, 우리 플랫폼을 이용하는 국내 판매자들에게 최상의 고객 경험을 제공하는 핵심 역할을 담당하게 됩니다. 이메일을 주요 채널로 활용하며 폰 채널 역시 담당하게 됩니다. 신속하고 정확한 지원을 제공하며, 셀러의의 니즈를 깊이 이해하고 해결책을 제시하는 것이 주요 업무입니다.
이런 분과 함께 하고 싶습니다
최소 1년 이상 고객 서비스 및 셀러문의 응대 경험을 가지고 계신 분
비즈니스 회화 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
인바운드/아웃바운드 전화 및 이메일을 통한 셀러 문의를 응대해보신 분
우수 셀러를 위한 전화 컨설팅 서비스를 제공해보신 분
니즈에 따른 업셀링/크로스셀링 및 퍼포먼스 관리 서비스를 제공해보신 분
서비스 향상을 위한 고객 피드백 수집 및 지원 프로세스 개선을 해보신 분
고객과의 지속적인 신뢰관계 구축을 위한 아이데이션을 진행해보신 분
해외 오피스의 다양한 팀(예: 기술지원, 비즈니스 운영 등) 과의 협업 경험이 있는 분
