Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Semiconductor Layout Expert.

Location: Shanghai, China (20% of the working time can be home office)

Salary: Highly attractive package – Depending to the profile and experience

Responsibilities:

▪ Able to use layout software (virtuoso, l-edit, etc.) to complete the design of customized layout of IGBT, SiC, MOS, etc.

▪ Responsible for the preparation and submission of GDS documents during product tape-out.

▪ Complete data and document sorting of product tape-out.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s degree or above, over 10 years relevant experience.

▪ Vehicle level SiC, IGBT, MOS development experience.
