Impact In This Role
As a Sr. Account Executive, collaborating with some of the most exciting companies in the world will be essential to bringing innovative products to market. Ensuring Fictiv fully understands customer requirements and delivers optimal solutions will help improve time to market while staying within budget constraints. Driving engagement through sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations will reinforce Fictiv’s value in a compelling and consistent manner. Building senior-level relationships with business leaders will be key to establishing trust and positioning Fictiv as a preferred manufacturing partner. Evaluating business priorities and initiatives alongside product design requirements and production schedules will ensure tailored solutions that meet every aspect of customer expectations. Contributing to revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities will be fundamental to success in this role.
You will report to the Director of Sales.
What You’ll Be Doing

Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com

Generate new business opportunities within the target account list

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts

Become a true expert in the product development needs, plans, and challenges of your accounts

Help expand Fictiv’s reputation as an industry leader in the digital manufacturing space

Be willing to travel to connect face-to-face with your customers as appropriate

Collaborate cross-functionally to win complex deals

Desired Traits

Minimum of 7-10 years experience in Enterprise Sales in the manufacturing industry

Proven track record of meeting & exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

Demonstrated success in selling end-to-end solutions within the supply chain industry

Strong candidates will have strong knowledge and experience using sales methodology and sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar

Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills

Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements

Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals

Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to exceed quota consistently

Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)

Experience with TAM / SAM analysis

Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience

BS/BA degree preferred

Travel: up to 50%

Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 (base plus variable), depending upon experience
