What You Will Do:
Oversight of the Group’s subsidiary governance, including risk coverage of subsidiaries and their adoption of Group frameworks
Ensure consistency and alignment of internal regulations owned by Risk Management Framework & Processes Unit, in collaboration with other team members
Organization and provision of risk-related input into the Group’s performance management processes, including Material Risk Taker identification and risk-based KPI setting
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
What We Expect:
At least 3 years of previous experience in banking or consulting, ideally with a focus on risk management or within the finance area
Higher education in finance, economic, business administration or similar
Good understanding of a bank’s business model
Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability, strong analytical thinking
Ability to perform tasks requiring both qualitative and quantitative skills
Project management skills and structured way of working
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3590-5300 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
