Technical & Professional Skills:
Highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
In-depth knowledge of current Building Regulations
Capable of preparing:
Planning drawings
Fire Safety Certificates
Disability Access Certificates (DAC)
Tender drawings and specifications
Experienced in project coordination and site management
Able to take ownership of multiple projects and lead client interactions from concept through to completion
Requirements:
Qualified with a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a similar course
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Irish market.
