Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Automation Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, development, Azure infrastructure, and administration. This role demands expertise in cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and complex Terraform development. You will work on cloud migration projects, Azure AI and OpenAI integrations, and manage network configurations including VNets, SubNets, and snapshots. This position also involves product engineering responsibilities to develop scalable and secure applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in .NET/C# development with a strong understanding of async/await patterns.
Extensive experience in Azure infrastructure and administration, including Azure AD and Entra ID.
Proven expertise in cloud automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep (good to have).
Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects to Azure.
Proficiency in configuring Azure networking components (VNets, SubNets, snapshots).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS services (API Management, SQL Server, Container Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Application Insights).
Experience with Azure AI and OpenAI services.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
Extensive experience in Active Directory administration.
Familiarity with adaptive MFA policies and B2B application access in Entra ID.
Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
Proficient in applying SDLC best practices, patterns, and principles.
Experience working with Microsoft APIs (Graph, Azure DevOps, PnP, Azure SDK).
Preferred Skills:
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
Experience with other IaC tools like Ansible or Chef.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of OpenAI’s GPT models and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
Experience in product engineering methodologies.
