Description:
Snapscale is seeking a driven, results-focused appointment setter based in the Philippines to help us connect with healthcare practices and other target industries. You’ll be engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
As a Senior B2B Cold Caller, you will be performing these tasks, but not limited to:
Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, Dental & Orthodontic Practices, Hearing Health & Audiology, Physical Therapy & Rehab Clinics, Other Healthcare-Adjacent Businesses
Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest
Qualify prospects using Snapscale’s proven outreach framework
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in GHL and Pipedrive
Maintain accurate calls using powerdialer Kixie and messaging records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals,
Follow scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
3+ experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
