Experience required: 3+ years
You will be involved in long-term project operations and technical R&D. This includes optimizing existing service architecture, streamlining operations processes, building automation tools, improving database performance and cost-efficiency, big data engineering, disaster recovery and cybersecurity drills, and cross-functional communication.Experience in the gaming/gambling industry is a plus. Other relevant experience includes industries where online services directly impact business performance, such as online banking, e-commerce, live streaming, etc.

Department:Job Responsibilities:
Optimize existing system architecture and maintenance processes to improve scalability and maintainability
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and monitoring tools to enhance development and delivery efficiency
Optimize database performance, estimate capacity, and control costs
Build DevOps / DevSecOps systems and R&D tools
Develop big data processing and applications, and create mechanisms for operations-related activities
Participate in regular cybersecurity drills, disaster recovery (DR) simulations, and system resilience testing
Collaborate across departments to align project goals and technical solutions
If experienced, you may also participate in architecture design and risk assessment for new services before launch
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, GKE, Helm), and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure; GKE is a bonus)
DBA experience (e.g., MS-SQL, BigQuery, Kafka, Redis) including performance tuning and cost optimization
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Shell Script)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the gaming/gambling industry, familiar with high-traffic and high-concurrency systems
Experience in industries where online services impact business outcomes, such as e-commerce, online banking, live streaming, or SaaS platforms
Experience in backend development or operations of game systems (please provide game project links or portfolio)
