The Product Owner – Predictive Abrasion Risk Intervention Support (PARIS) is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of the PARIS capability, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This individual will lead the full product lifecycle – from ideation through deployment – ensuring that the platform evolves in alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Product Owner will manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on value and impact, and drive Agile development practices to deliver high-quality, compliant, and user-centric solutions.
This role requires a solid blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The Product Owner will lead initiatives to enhance platform capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve the user experience. By leveraging customer insights, performance metrics, and industry best practices, the Product Owner will ensure PARIS remains a leading solution for predictive and proactive issue resolution across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and articulate a clear and compelling product vision for PARIS (Platform for Automated Reporting and Integrated Solutions) that aligns with company goals and customer needs
Maintain and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy, stakeholder input, and market trends
Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform product direction
Leverage data and insights to differentiate PARIS and ensure it remains a leader in predictive and proactive customer issue resolution
Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and strategic impact
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational standards across all product features and workflows
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery
Agile Product Ownership
Partner with the scrum master to manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with sprint goals and strategic objectives
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Leverage Agile methodologies to manage development processes and respond to evolving requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, compliance, and other teams to ensure cohesive and timely product delivery
Facilitate effective communication across teams to resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and align product goals
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance platform capabilities, data integrity, and user experience
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for all PARIS-related inquiries, providing clear and consistent communication
Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executive leadership
Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product development process to ensure alignment with business needs
Prepare and deliver regular product updates, including roadmap presentations, status reports, and performance metrics
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization
Conduct regular user research and gather customer feedback to understand needs, preferences, and pain points
Translate insights into actionable product requirements that enhance the user experience
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning, and iteration

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project management within healthcare or technology environments
3+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management or pharmacy care services industry
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in large, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams at all levels
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and develop effective solutions
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, stay ahead of industry trends, and continuously improve user experience and platform capabilities
Proven ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps and long-term strategies, including enhancements to search, identity, eligibility, and security features
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome technical and business challenges
Proven ability to articulate the value of outcomes over outputs and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience with product management and Agile work tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, and Aha!
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and managing the development lifecycle through to user story acceptance
Experience with machine learning (ML) concepts and their application in product development
Background in developing and delivering enterprise data products and services
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design practices
Preferred Skills:
Proven solid leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities and a focus on data-driven decision-making
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
