IT product company WEB 3.0., BlockChain, DeFI, AI is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / DeFi Researcher.
Обязанности
A minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in the Web3 space;
Prior exposure to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and AI projects.
Требования
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications for development teams.
Onchain Data Analysis: Design trading strategies and utilize DeFi tools focusing on onchain metrics, DEX activities, and wallet labels (e.g., Dexscreener, DexScan, Moralis, Nansen, Dune, Kaito, Cookie.fun);
Crypto AI Domain Knowledge: Leverage familiarity with emerging frameworks (Coinbase Agent SDK, Zerebro, Virtuals, ai16z, ARC) and launchpads (Virtuals, Myshell, Spektral, Eliza Character Generator);
Demonstrate practical experience with onchain agents and a proven track record in creating AI agents.
Crypto Trading Insights: Utilize Telegram bots to optimize trading tactics;
Apply rich crypto Twitter knowledge and sentiment analysis design to inform decisions.
Protocol-Specific Expertise: Maintain a good understanding of diverse blockchain protocols, including staking/yield opportunities, smart contracts, and wallets.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate technical discussions from engineering Slack channels into clear tasks and user stories.
Collaborate with QA teams during UAT to ensure product quality;
Provide Web3 UX insights to assist the design team in optimizing user flows;
Superior communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical.
