The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing and presenting healthcare data to management for use in supporting operational and business objectives that will result in lowering the costs of quality healthcare.

Primary Responsibilities:
Gathers requirements, Analyzes, designs and delivers organized analytics and reporting of STARs and call campaign data.
Analyzes benchmarking data, reports, processes, and measurements
Develops and documents complex business, analysis and reporting requirements
Evaluates and prioritizes data changes and enhancements
Interprets data, facts and/or trends independently and makes business recommendations to management
Coordinates a variety of projects/requests simultaneously and ensures timely completion in accordance with business initiatives
Works closely with our development team to translate business need into technical requirements
Leads stakeholder meetings to prioritize and understand business priorities
Continually looks for process improvement opportunities to help streamline delivery
Develops innovative approaches to achieve deliverables
Serves as the subject matter expert on the teams reporting for other departments in the organization
Performs UAT to ensure we are meeting the business use cases
Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of business analysis experience
1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with SQL
Advanced level of proficiency in PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, Share Point)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration or Statistics
1+ of experience using Tableau or other BI tools to pull reports
1+ of experience with Snowflake
Experience in Medicare Advantage Stars/HEDIS data

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
