Positions in this function will generally work to support our end users and monitor the health of our technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will be to capture, research, and resolve user issues and impacts utilizing the available tools. The SSA will monitor processing quality as well as application logs, notifications, and alerts. They will follow the documented service guidelines for research and resolution within defined service level agreements. SSA will assist with testing and acceptance activities of the assigned solutions and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience within the healthcare data environment – eligibility, claims, etc.

2+ years of experience with data mapping and workflow documentation

4+ years of demonstrated ability to develop detailed SQL queries, procedures and data modeling

2+ years of experience working with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Care Delivery models

2+ years of demonstrated ability to develop and maintain quality data routines to verify the imports/extracts

Experience within an application support desk

Experience with database query tools

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and problem solve with both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge within healthcare data maintenance.

Expert level Excel user

Proven detail oriented analytic thinker and problem solver

Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work with minimal oversight

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
