Responsibilities & Context:
UpSkill Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Officer (Cold Calling Expert) to drive business growth through direct client engagement and lead generation. The role requires strong expertise in cold calling, telemarketing, and relationship building with USA-based B2B clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will excel at converting prospects into business opportunities, generating leads for training courses, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
Job Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday are holidays)
Office Hours: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to USA-based clients from the existing B2B contact list to generate business opportunities and secure projects.
Perform telemarketing activities to promote and enroll candidates into training courses.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring effective communication and trust.
Identify new business opportunities across diverse industries in the USA.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client conversion, and course enrollment.
Work closely with the management team to develop calling scripts, outreach strategies, and follow-up plans.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
Provide timely reports and insights on business development activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (USA client experience preferred).
Excellent English communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written).
Strong ability to handle objections and turn “no” into business opportunities.
Goal-driven with a track record of achieving sales or lead generation targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
