The Role

Job Summary

The Sr Director, Product Manager – NaaS is responsible for product vision, strategy and roadmap focused on the evolution of a modern customer centric approach, driving the NaaS vision and roadmap. This position will own the business model, feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap, customer segmentation and pricing, and demand generation for impactful new products.

The Main Responsibilities

Launch innovative and forward-thinking products and features with clear focus on driving business results, customer adoption and delight Ensure the product portfolio meets customer and market requirements based on ongoing customer feedback, is competitively differentiated, and achieves financial targets for orders, sales, and profitability.

Direct key, complex initiatives to solve mission-critical, high visibility obstacles.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry leading vendors and system implementers to augment your product offering

Utilizes highly developed communication skills to interact with senior level executives within Company and with Fortune 500 companies

Bring best-in-class market and industry insights to platform and product strategy.

Provide direction and vision to drive roadmap priorities.

Lead, manage and mentor a team of product professionals.

Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.

Collaborate with Operations, Field, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and other teams on new processes to evolve product capabilities.

Set benchmarks for our competitors and the industry. Create practices that differentiate the digital experience.

Request and justify continued investment in product portfolio, from presentation to estimation to business case review and approval.

What We Look For in a Candidate


Proven track record of innovation and launching features that achieve success and impact in marketplace

Must have strong understanding of managed services for network and/or security marketspace — competitive landscape, pricing strategies, differentiation strategies.

Knowledge of products and technologies in the Cloud and Networking area to create a customer centric product.

10 or more years of demonstrated full-lifecycle ownership of product development, with cross team and cross discipline execution.

Ability to influence at all levels of a large organization and drive alignment.

Ability to take ownership and be accountable for the quality of all deliverables

Ability to conceptualize and develop resolutions to complex market challenges and customer use cases that require the use of creativity

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Communications or equivalent experience

10+ years of related experience

PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist Certified or equivalent

ML and AI implementation


A certification to support an Agile Product Development process (e.g. PMI CPE, CPO etc.) and / or Data Science, AI/ML certifications

Master’s degree

Salesforce Advanced Admin or Architect certified

AIPMM, Innovation Leader
