Job Description
Reporting to the Senior VP, the Senior Director Platform Engineer will manage, stabilize, and modernize Experian Health’s Clearinghouse Platform’s’ and driving stability, functionality, best practices, enhancements, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
You will also assess competitor products, services, and market trends, to strengthen Experian Health’s solution set in the market, and lead designated business process improvement projects, partnerships, and related marketing strategies.
You will have:

Platform and product expertise:

Thorough understanding of the clearinghouse platform and associated product capabilities, underlying data, and other platform/product interactions and dependencies.

Ability to define platform features and problem statement, define service blueprints and aligning features to a roadmap to support company strategies.

Collaborate with engineering partners for defining best practices for technological enablement of products supported on the platform and road map.

Product development:

Define platform current state design and crosswalk to future state features, working with Development to refine into product requirements.

Product Ownership:

Create Feature Epics, Author stories and manage team backlog and related tasks on engaging and working with the development scrum team to deliver capabilities.

Cross-functional management:

Organize feature priorities across multiple development teams, communicate outcomes and decisions, manage stakeholder escalations, and work across businesses and functional areas (development, legal, compliance, marketing, implementation, pricing, etc.).

Market knowledge:

Perform market research, competitive analysis / profiles, emerging technologies, and stay well informed of market trends and regulatory changes impacting solution area.

Product support:

Work with colleagues to enhance and revise product brochures, infographics, client presentations, white papers, demonstrations, ongoing product specific questions.

Sales support:

Support client meetings, contract negotiations, pricing questions, sales trainings, sales support tools, etc.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

6+ years of experience product management experience is required.

Experience working with existing and emerging products in a platform-centric domain.

Experience in the healthcare technology industry.

Experience with healthcare platforms and healthcare revenue cycle management.

Will interact with several prospect administration levels, including VP and CFO level and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support).

Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, and to work both independently, and as a team member, in a fast paced, remote environment.

Effectively lead and influence people to achieve product and company goals.

Willingness to travel 10%.
