In three months:

An in-depth knowledge of WPP Media’s approach to Search Engine Marketing

Helped to manage and regularly optimize key client accounts

Provide regular reporting to key internal and external stakeholders

In six months:

Become proficient across SEM account management and optimization tools/techniques

Implemented account optimization that have made a measurable impact to our client’s campaign performance

Contribute to strategy building for a campaign

Command in CROI, ROAS,CPS KPI based campaign

In 12 months:

Become proficient across SEM account management and optimization tools/techniques

WPP Media Responsibilities:
GroupM Services teams adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering highly valued and innovative solutions for our Agencies and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.
The following are the responsibilities of the WPP Media Buying (Search) team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:

Deep understanding of all WPP Media deliverables and campaign KPIs.

Developing solutions across media behaviors and how target audience interacts with Search touchpoints (i.e. Google, Microsoft Advertising, Google Shopping)

Develop and identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and advise accordingly

Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables

Ensure cluster team understands and comply with finance process (i.e. optimization requirements and schedule updates), WPP Media policies and procedures

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise.

Organize and drive knowledge share and understanding of new trends and technologies across Search activation

What your day job looks like at WPP Media:

Independently plan (create media schedule) full funnel planning tactics for Search/eCommerce requirements on across major Search platforms (i.e. Google, Microsoft Advertising) across the cluster accounts

Lead and implement Search campaign activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries

Attain Google Ads, Search/eCommerce and Analytics certifications

Manage team resources and be responsible for their coaching, development and day-to-day supervision

Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

What you’ll bring:

Past leadership experience and people management skills such as hold direct reports accountable, able to mentor, coach and motivate people

Strong analytical, creative-thinking, problem solving and time management skills

Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, committed to continuous improvement and deliver results despite constraints

Knowledge and experience in Digital marketing is an added advantage

Detail oriented, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask

Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies

Client servicing experience and good interpersonal skills

Relationship skills and aware and respectful of diversities

Minimum qualification:

5+ years working experience in Digital Search marketing or relevant industry

At least 1 year of managing/mentoring a technical team

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong and fearless in ability to challenge clients and agency planning team

Able to effectively develop and motivate people to achieve joint goals

Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills

Able to efficiently prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-changing environment

Team player intended as receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment

Leadership skills demonstrated by self-confidence, good judgement, sound decision-making, empathic listening, flexibility, self-motivation and ability to challenge the status quo
