The Role
What You’ll Do
Lead frontend architecture and technology selection for the AI Data Platform and related products.
Build sustainable, maintainable frontend applications with a focus on long-term operability.
Rapidly iterate and validate product features, collaborating closely with designers to enhance UI/UX.
Design and implement reusable UI components and standardize frontend development practices.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and middleware as the team scales.
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and align technical strategy with business goals.
Your Skills
What You Bring
7+ years of hands-on frontend development experience for web applications.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and experience building reusable UI components.
Proven track record leading technology selection, requirements definition, and frontend architectural design.
Experience working with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Apollo, etc.) and familiarity with SSR, CSR, SSG, or PWA is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (business-level or above).
Currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa.
A mindset aligned with the mission to “unleash the potential of manufacturing,” with ownership, positivity, and a collaborative, respectful approach to problem-solving.
(Preferred) Experience with large-scale service development, backend technologies (Node.js), BFF (GraphQL/Apollo), and optimizing web performance.
(Preferred) Conversational-level Japanese (N2 or above), as communication is a mix of Japanese and English.
