One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & Vue/React) in Hong Kong.
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of scalable SaaS solutions in the insurtech space. You’ll take charge of building both frontend and backend systems using modern frameworks and best practices. This is a senior-level, hands-on role where you’ll guide architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure quality and compliance in all aspects of development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and secure, high-performance software for enterprise clients.
Accountabilities:
Lead the design and development of new features for a high-performing insurance SaaS platform
Architect scalable and efficient solutions across the full stack, using Node.js, Vue/React, GraphQL, and MongoDB
Ensure development best practices through code reviews, testing standards, and secure coding principles
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Resolve technical challenges, bugs, and bottlenecks proactively and efficiently
Promote a strong engineering culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Keep up with emerging technologies and implement improvements where applicable
Requirements
6+ years of experience building full-stack SaaS applications using Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
Deep understanding of TypeScript, Vue.js or React, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools
Strong grasp of TDD, OOP, SOLID principles, and secure development practices
Experience with compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA
Familiarity with Nest.js is a strong advantage
Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor team members
Agile mindset and excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for cross-regional collaboration
