Role Description
A leading iGaming content studio is looking for a Senior Game Mathematician to help craft cutting-edge casino games. You’ll join a multicultural and collaborative team, taking ownership of game math models from concept to final iteration. The team works remotely and values autonomy, innovation, and deep industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
Design core game mechanics and underlying math models for new slot games
Create and maintain mathematical documentation
Simulate games using C# to validate RTP and statistical integrity
Collaborate closely with product and development teams
Attend math-focused and cross-functional meetings
Iterate game designs until final sign-off and RTP configurations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in casino game mathematics
Degree in Mathematics, ideally with a focus on probability/statistics
Proficiency in C# or similar for simulation purposes
Solid understanding of RTP, hit frequency, and volatility models
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
