As a Sr. Report Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to become a strategic business partner within a team supporting the client relationship focused a large Public Sector Client.
You will use data analytics to identify client health plan expense savings opportunities and make recommendations on solutions that aligns with the organization’s capabilities.
As a key resource, you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
Success in this role will require ability to think analytically, be flexible, dynamic, self-driven, and deliver high quality work!
This is a client facing role, providing presentations, via web or in person, to clients to help them better understand their health plan performance and their evolving needs.
Travel, up to 10% is possible.

Primary Responsibilities:
Intake reporting requests, understand requestor’s needs / intent, and produce informative, meaningful and actionable results
Provide analytical explanations, interpretations, and recommendations for data results
Provide consultative healthcare insights and trends, via web or in person, to clients to help them better understand their health plan performance and their evolving needs
Work collaboratively to translate complex data analytics into a meaningful data story

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience preparing reports in Excel and/or related-database (i.e. experience with data Report writing experience (Graphs, Charts etc.)
2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a sales, account management, TPA, or consulting environment
2+ years of experience presenting data and findings to clients
Knowledgeable of healthcare cost and quality topics, as well as able to speak to emerging industry trends
Demonstrated clear and concise written & verbal communication skills; successful virtual presentation experience a plus
Demonstrated presentation skills, preferably with a director-level and higher audience
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Coding Certification (through AAPC or AHIMA)
Knowledge of PBM, Pharmacy claims, and benefit structure
SQL knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
