The applicant for this role will be a focal point in providing a strategic approach in people and culture area towards multiple business functions. Be part in an established team of Human Resource professionals and work together to drive an initiative by partnering with key stakeholders in ensuring a continuous excellent employee experience.
Partner with key internal stakeholders including Managing Directors General Managers in implementing people driven programmes.
Becoming the local interface between key stakeholders within the business by leading the development of recruitment strategy, learning & development, rewards and retention programs.
Ensuring each HR Operations Specialist are connected with the Business Units.
Work closely with Rewards Manager in strategizing the salary planning process through market research and benchmark.
Partnering with Recruitment and Learning & Development managers in planning for the performance management and succession programs.
Provide insights to the business for workforce planning and organisation design based on the set KPI and metrics.
Providing a strategic approach in people and culture on a regional scale|Be part of an established people driven team
5 to 6 years of experience in the Human Resource related field.
Strong stakeholder management.
Exposure on HR Transformation or Continuous Improvement projects.
Experience in managing HR function within the Singapore region would be an added advantage.
