About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join the Fundraising Team. In what could be a career defining position, you will play a critical role in leading on member and donor acquisition plans to significantly grow the donor base and unrestricted income, helping to raise +£3 million each year to fund their ocean-saving campaigns.

An exciting and varied role, your duties will involve managing, creating and delivering campaigns across a wide range of channels to acquire new members and donors to achieve annual growth and income targets. You will project manage a range of direct marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, both offline and online, from inception to completion.

You will work closely with the Individual Giving Officer (Retention & Development) to create and manage onboarding journeys for new members and donors to provide a positive experience, contributing to future retention and value.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in an individual giving or direct marketing role in the charity sector and we also welcome candidates with experience of direct marketing in a marketing or sales role. You should have experience of creating digital direct marketing campaigns, with strong project management skills and a creative mind. In addition to this, you should be passionate about the cause and have an ability to work proactively and with a positive attitude.

This role is offered as fully home based (or at their office in Cornwall) and the Charity have excellent onboarding processes to help get you set up.
