THE WORK
This position will support Integrated Program Planning within the IWSS line of business. Provide planning and schedule management and control expertise. Develop and maintain program IMS. Ensure adherence to planning processes, business rhythms, metrics, control and reporting mechanisms. Key interface to program management, subcontractors and the customer for program status. Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the Program. Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
-Experience with Deltek OpenPlan or Microsoft Project.
-Experience with Earned Value Management.
-Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
-Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle -multiple simultaneous tasks.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired skills
-Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite.
-Experience with Integrated Master Schedule analysis.

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
